Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report

This Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) has been prepared to provide an assessment of the potential environmental consequences associated with construction and operation of the proposed City of Hollister Reclaimed Water Project. The Reclaimed Water Project is a component of the City of Hollister Domestic Wastewater Systems Improvement Project (DWSI). This SEIR provides a project specific analysis of the proposed reclamation alternatives, and is tiered from the 2006 DWSI and Recycled Water Facility Project (RWP) EIR (2006 EIR) (SCH# 2006012149), which was certified by the City of Hollister in October 2006.
